About Sports Massage
Sports massage is a form of massage which focuses on muscle systems
used in athletic activities. It combines body massage with trigger
points compression to reduce soreness and help enhance power,
endurance and flexibility. Sports massage will benefit the average
club player, from shoulder stiffness with tennis, calf pain with
running, or general soreness and fatigue with almost all sports.
Pre and post event treatments help reduce your injury risk no
matter what level you compete.
